What we mean by another way
Most work is organized the same way: you sell your hours, you receive a wage, and then you spend that wage buying back the pieces of your life — rent, food, utilities, a car to get to the work that pays for the car.
There's another structure available. Businesses and communities can combine work with housing, food, shared resources, cash, ownership and room to start something of your own. People still work hard and still create real value. What changes is how much of a life that work builds directly.
Success measured by the life being built, not the size of the paycheck.
