How we handle what you share.

When you complete Find Your Part, we store your name, email, optional phone, general location (city, state/province, country), the skills, hobbies and passions you select, anything you write in your story, and basic information about how you found us.

We do not ask for a street address, date of birth, Social Security number, salary history, or any medical, demographic or citizenship information.

Your information is private by default. It is not published, not sold, and there is no public directory of people. Only authorized team members will be able to review it as we look for opportunities where you may fit.

We use what you share to understand your interests, identify potential opportunities, and contact you about this project. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
