Work is the point
People contribute real value. Nothing here suggests anyone stops working.

Our Vision
A long-term project to make a different kind of work arrangement normal, credible and available.
The goal is a network of businesses and communities — in mountains, small towns, rural areas, coastlines and tropical places — that structure work so it delivers more than a wage.
That takes time. It means working with owners and operators, designing arrangements that are fair and durable, and finding the people whose skills and hopes fit the places being built.
Today, this is a vision and a growing group of interested people. That's exactly what we're saying it is.
People contribute real value. Nothing here suggests anyone stops working.
Every person brings something. The job is finding where it counts.
When what you build succeeds, the people who built it should feel it.
No invented communities, statistics or success stories. We say what exists and what doesn't.
A town, a coastline, a farm, a workshop — the setting is part of the life.
Skills taught, businesses started, opportunities created for the next person.
